WHO I AM

I am a devoted soccer player

I wonder where my life will take me

I hear the odds of going professional are slim to none

I see that in life there is no turning back

I want to achieve my goals

I am a devoted soccer player

I pretend that maybe some day maybe I will go pro

I feel the grass stroke up onto my cleats

I touch the soccer post

I worry about nothing because life is one

I cry…

I am a devoted soccer player

I understand that people tell me to just give it up you will never make it, but I carry on doing what I love

I say maybe just one day I will be one of the great

I dream about my future

I try to fulfill my dreams

I try to pleas people with my actions

I hope to play pro
